You upload full-size files to the media library, and Cloudinary serves each image at a size that suits the screen it’s viewed on, so a phone isn’t sent a print-sized file.
Can I see which enquiries are worth calling first?
Yes. AI lead scoring reads each enquiry’s answers, such as the date, the budget and the number of events, and labels it hot, warm or cold. The pipeline shows where every couple is, from first enquiry to booked.
Can couples pay the booking advance online?
Yes, through your own Razorpay account (UPI, cards, netbanking) or Stripe. You can send the contract for e-signature as well, so the booking is settled without paperwork.
How do I add a new wedding to the site?
Upload the images to the media library, then tell the chat the couple’s names, the venue and how you want the story told. A new page appears on your preview, and goes live when you click Publish.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account for the alerts?
Yes, a WhatsApp Business number on Meta’s platform, which the setup walks you through. Without one, enquiries still arrive by email and in your CRM.
