Pricing questions
How are credits charged?
AI chat uses credits per message, at the rate shown in the model picker. Each built-in feature (WhatsApp, payments, bookings…) costs a one-time fee per project the first time you build with it, never again on rebuilds. Nothing is charged unless you ask for it, and credits never expire.
Do I need a monthly plan?
No. Blaubok is pay as you go by default. A plan is optional: it adds a set number of credits to your wallet each month, billed through Razorpay. You can cancel at any time, and the plan ends at the close of the current billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get free welcome credits, enough to chat through your brief and build. No credit card needed. There is no time limit while you have credits. When the welcome credits run out, your live site stays up on your Vercel, and buying any credit pack keeps you building.
What else will I pay for?
GitHub, Supabase and Vercel bill you directly, and all three have free tiers. If you take payments or send WhatsApp messages, Razorpay and Meta charge their own fees to your accounts with them. Blaubok never takes a share of your sales.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site keeps running. It stays in your GitHub, on your Vercel, with your data in your Supabase. While you have credits, everything keeps working. Once your plan and credits run out, there is a 14-day grace period; after that we commit the engine version your site uses into your repository, so it keeps building and deploying on its own. What stops is what we do for you: AI edits, new features and engine updates. Come back any time and they pick up where you left off.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Credits already spent on AI are not, because the AI provider has been paid. See the Refund Policy for details.
