What a real estate website has to do
A real estate website is where a buyer goes after seeing your ad, your board or your listing on a portal. They want the price, the size, the location and the photos, and you want their number before they move on to the next agent. Portals bring some leads, but they also show your buyer five other agents on the same page.
Blaubok builds your own site around the engine’s listings. Each property has its own page with photos and the fields you need, such as BHK, carpet area, price, floor, possession date and RERA number, grouped into sale, rent, plots or commercial. A lead gate asks for a name and number before showing the full details, and every enquiry lands in a CRM pipeline, shared round-robin between your agents, with a WhatsApp alert so someone calls back while the buyer is still interested.
Leads from your Meta and Google lead forms can join the same pipeline, and buyers can book site visits on the site. Listings, buyers and notes live in your own Supabase, the code in your own GitHub, and you change pages by asking in chat.
What comes built in
These come from the Blaubok engine, already built and tested on live business sites. The AI wires them into your site instead of writing them from scratch.
Listings with your fields
Categories for sale, rent, plots or commercial, each with the fields you choose, photos and a page of its own.
Lead gate
Buyers leave a name and number to see full details, so a listing view becomes a lead you can call.
CRM pipeline
Enquiries move from new to site visit to closed on a board, with notes, follow-ups and CSV import and export.
Round-robin assignment
New enquiries are shared out between your agents in turn, and staff see only the admin sections you give them.
Ad leads in one place
Leads from Meta and Google lead forms arrive in the same CRM, with every field captured.
Zora voice agent
An AI voice agent can phone new enquiries, look up the lead in your CRM during the call, and write the outcome back on it.
Need something else? Add any of 290+ built-in features later, just by asking. How features are charged.
What your visitors see
Written from your description, then changed any time by asking in chat. Edits land on a preview first, and your live site changes only when you click Publish.
A page per property
Photos, price, size, location and amenities, with a preview card that looks right when shared on WhatsApp.
Buy, rent, plots, commercial
Separate sections for each, so people find their kind of property quickly.
Call and WhatsApp buttons
Tap to call or message from any listing on a phone, next to the enquiry form.
Book a site visit
Buyers pick a visit slot, and it lands in your admin with their details.
Area pages
A page for each locality you cover, written for searches like “3 BHK in Sector 65”.
RERA details shown
Each listing carries its RERA number where one applies, so buyers can check it.
Describe it like this
“Build a website for Vault Realty, a property agency in Gurgaon. Listings for sale and rent with photos, BHK, carpet area, price, possession date and RERA number. Buyers leave their number to see full details. Every enquiry goes into a CRM pipeline, shared between my three agents, with a WhatsApp alert. Add area pages for Golf Course Road and Sohna Road.”

Questions about your real estate website
How do I add a new listing?
From the admin: add the photos, fill in the fields and publish. The listing gets its own page straight away, with no rebuild.
Can I share leads between my agents?
Yes. Enquiries can be assigned round-robin or by hand, and each staff member gets access only to the admin sections you choose. Every lead keeps its notes, follow-ups and history.
Can I show the RERA number on listings?
Yes. RERA number can be one of the fields on every listing, shown on its page. Which projects need one, and what you must display, depends on your state’s RERA rules.
Will leads from my Facebook and Google ads come in too?
Yes. Meta Lead Ads and Google Ads lead forms can feed the same CRM, so website and ad enquiries sit in one pipeline. Lead outcomes can be sent back to Meta and Google so their bidding favours buyers who actually convert.
Do I still need the property portals?
That’s your call. Many agents keep portal listings for reach and use their own site to capture buyers directly, with no other agent on the page. Your own listings and leads are in your own database either way.
What does it cost to run?
Building starts on free welcome credits with no card. After that, credit packs that never expire or an optional monthly plan, with each built-in feature charged once per project. GitHub, Supabase and Vercel have free tiers, and the plans page has current prices.
