Can members pay for their membership online?
Yes. Plans are paid through your own Razorpay account (UPI, cards, netbanking) or Stripe, and members manage their billing from the customer portal. Every payment shows in your admin.
Can members book classes and personal training?
Yes. Each class or PT session is a bookable service with a trainer and, if you like, a studio, in the hours you set. Members get a confirmation and a reminder the day before, and can cancel from their booking link.
How do I follow up on free trial enquiries?
Every trial form lands in a CRM pipeline with a WhatsApp alert to your front desk. Add notes, set follow-ups, and send a short series of emails to people who haven’t joined yet.
Can I reward members who bring friends?
Yes. Each member gets a referral link, and you set the reward when someone they refer converts. Loyalty points on bookings are there too.
Do I need a mobile app?
Not to start: the website works on any phone. When you want one, the native iOS and Android app signs members in with their phone number and can send push notifications. Publishing it needs your own Apple and Google developer accounts.
